All of our products come with a 24-month warranty covering defects in manufacturing and poor quality workmanship. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or general wear and tear.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

I have a problem with my bike, what do I do?

If your bike is less than 2 years old - from the date of delivery - then we ask that you take some photographs of the problem(s) and send them to us explaining the problem.

With this information, we can then advise you on what the next step will be.

If the problem is due to general wear and tear.

Although we don't cover general wear and tear under our warranty we will always help you get your bike back in working condition. We can provide step-by-step help for most common problems a bike owner is likely to face in the course of ownership.

However, we cannot provide any guaranteeĀ or accept any liability to cover the cost of damage to property or injury to persons if a bike has been improperly handled or maintenance neglected. We freely provide all the necessary information to maintain your purchase to a high standard - please make use of our resources!

If the problem is a manufacturing fault or caused by poor workmanship.

If the problem has evidently been caused at the time of manufacture then we are on your side. We will walk you through what we need to do to get you a repaired or replacement part as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can.
